Our caregivers and home health workers are carefully selected and screened. Each person we hire is fully insured, has a criminal background check, a physical and drug screening, and a driver safety report from the state of Illinois. Our caregivers then go through extensive training and supervision before serving seniors in the home.

Staying at Home has been in operation serving seniors in their homes since 1996 as a division of The British Home, an exceptional and highly reputable not-for-profit senior services organization and retirement community in business since 1924.

Our caregivers are trained and given ongoing education and support by a team of professionals with more than 40 years of combined service. This team includes professionals who hold advanced degrees in Gerontology and Nursing.

Whether our qualified and well-trained caregivers come to your home once a month, weekly, daily or provide around-the-clock assistance, our goal is that you are 100 percent satisfied with the service and continuity of care that you receive.

Staying at Home is a division of The British Home, which is licensed by the State of Illinois as a Home Nursing Services and In-Home Support Services Provider. We are also a member of Life Services Network of Illinois, an association of Senior Service Providers.
